Plush bedding, and recently upgraded built in heater and air conditioner put you in control of your comfy climate. Open floor plan makes it spacious, for a van, and the high roof gives you 174” interior standing space.
Easy to drive and park, this 2018 Dodge Ram ProMaster 2500 fits most tent camp sites. No hook-ups necessary. Packed with all the essentials from camp chairs to kitchen basics, and also plenty of storage spaces for your things too.

Air conditioner, induction cooktop, inverter-using appliances consume the most power. The refrigerator uses a decent bit too. Everything else is very minimal. (lights, phone charging)
Conscious and efficient use will optimize your power capacity enjoyment. Things like keeping an eye on power level when using the Air Conditioner, being mindful of leaving fridge door open, and turning off the inverter when not needed will go a long ways. Leave high power or high heat appliances at home, and follow these tips, and you’ll have plenty of power for your needs.

New roof-mount Air Conditioner right above the bed blows nice cool air and will keep you comfortable, though do know that it’s not quite as powerful as most regular household ACs. It runs on DC electricity directly off the battery bank and does require some mindfulness with power usage to keep you in good shape. You can run it from a remote with various settings. Separate vehicle cab heater & AC work great on the road but not for use when stationary.Heater
Heater furnace is gasoline powered directly from the vehicle gas tank. Operate it from a phone app. Uses almost no power. Heats the space pretty quickly with nice hot airflow.Toilet Bucket Kit
Toilet is a non-built-in bucket toilet kit. It has a toilet seat and double bag system. Throw away bags after use. No need to deal with black water tank. Contactless pick up / drop off with a van orientation document and video is the default way I do hand-off. And I'm always happy to answer questions. And if other accommodations for pickup up/drop off are preferred or needed just ask. Times listed are a default placeholder. We can adapt plans as needed. Your personal vehicle can be left at the property while you are on your trip.Delivery
Delivery is available. Select Airport or Train Station delivery in Add-Ons or just reach out for other locations , and we'll figure it out. I’ll need to adapt it around my work schedule…So, with flexibility, it's an option. With the airport I generally do contactless drop/pick up in the overnight parking. 5.0Sarah's van was so comfy! We went to Yosemite and it was COLD. (They got their first snow the day we were supposed to leave so we left a day early). But with the warm comforter, and little space heater it was great. She has thought of pretty much everything so all you need to bring is yourself and some food! The shower was excellent once we sorted it out. We will definitely be back in the future.

Road & Vehicle
- Van is NOT 4x4 Wheel Drive, so no off-roading. Maintained dirt or gravel roads are fine.
- Towing can be allowed with a message to me, and select the Add On charge.
- Pets Welcomed, but fee required, select the Add On charge.
- No cigarette smoke in the van please. Enjoy the herb though.
- No idling the engine for extended time please.
- NO rooftop access.
Your Safety
- Use propane hot water heater on back door with proper ventilation
- Smoke, carbon monoxide detectors, and fire extinguishers there for your safety
- Enjoy the festivals, but be sober before you drive. Extend your trip if you need to.

Not specifically accessibility designed. But workable. A best friend of mine in a wheel chair figured out some ways, and had a great van trip. She brought a swinging handle attachment. With my help, she could swing up into the passenger seat. Additionally, van house area has more open floor space than many. The height of the floor worked for her to scoot onto it from chair. For another with bad knees we found a part of van frame as support handle, and used with step stool into the van.

Power usage of appliances and inverter?

- Air Conditioner & Induction cooktop use the most power by far. Inverter being on uses a certain amount even if you're not using appliances. Recommend shut off when not needed. - Appliances requiring Inverter use for AC Electric: TV, Wall Outlets, Induction Cooktop, and Starlink - Appliances on Direct to Battery DC Electric: Refrigerator/ Freezer, Water Pump, All Lights, USB/USBC Charging, Air Conditioner, Ignition only for Heater - Heater and hot water is fuel powered not electric.

Can I rent for Burning Man?

Yes, with conditions. I allow it. Outdoorsy's Insurance does not. If your personal vehicle insurance will cover you for the event, with Certificate of Insurance, I will consider it for the right, transparent, respectful renter. I charge +$3000 fee, 7day minimum, $2000 refundable deposit, and it needs to return completely clean as it left or $500 fee. It's currently booked for BRC through 2027. Available 2028 on. Let's talk.
