-2 slide model
-King size bed with new memory foam mattress
-Bunkroom with two beds and a pull out sofa bed
-Large outdoor kitchen with TV
- Propane hook-up Weber grill
Linens, bedding, cooking and eating equipment/utensils included
What's includedLinens, utensils, cookware, toaster oven, coffee maker, RV toilet paper, vacuum and cleaning supplies, first aid kit, Blu-ray/DVD playerOther things to note-No smoking inside the camper. There will be a $250 fee if any evidence of smoking in camper is found. -Please no shoes inside the camper as well.
-No climbing on the roof.
-Renter is responsible for dumping black water and gray water tanks if you don’t have a site with hookups. $100 fee for returning them not cleaned out.
-Awning may be used but needs to be retracted at night or during storm, and high winds. Renter is responsible for any damage to awning.
-No Pets!
-Please treat our second home as if it were your own.
