My RV is perfect for couples and small families to get out and explore the great outdoors in the Mid-Atlantic and beyond. It is easy to drive and the perfect size for State and National Parks (under 24 feet long and less than 12 feet height). It comes equipped with all you need to get going. Just pack your clothes and toothbrush and a sleeping bag and enjoy the adventure.
Two adults can comfortably sleep in the rear full-size bed or in the over the cab queen size bunk. The dinette converts to a bed that is comfortable for one small adult or 2 small children.We are conveniently located in Northern Va 25 miles from downtown Washington DC., 58 miles from Shenandoah National Park, 200 miles from Beautiful Beaches. close to many historic sites. Home of world class canoeing, kayaking and bicycling. Visit our local wineries, breweries, & distilleries. Many have overnight stays if you have the Harvest Host App.
If you are flying in form out of town to visit the greater Washington Dc area, you can make a reservation at Lake Fairfax Park (water park) or Burke Lake Park. I will set up the RV at one of these parks for you.
There is so much to do in this area, whether it is beaches, mountains, National and State Parks, National forests, or historical attractions, you will not be bored!

- Prep fee: NZ$170.00. This fee will cover preparing and sanitizing the unit prior to each rental. It will also include turning on the fridge 24hrs in advance and restocking with basic staples.

It is easy to drive, a great size for National Parks (23 feet long and under 12 feet high). It comes with everything for full hook ups and has a generator on board as well as solar trickle charging. You will find so much to do in the Mid-Atlantic, whether it is the beaches, mountains, National Forests and Parks, wineries, distilleries, and breweries or historic attractions. The DC area is the home of world-class white-water rafting, canoeing and bicycling.

We had a tremendous experience renting this RV over the weekend! The host was incredibly helpful and made sure we knew how to operate everything.
