5.0As first-time RVers, we were a bit nervous, but Victor was incredible to work with. We ran an hour late for pickup, and he patiently waited for us with zero fuss. He gave us a super thorough, friendly walkthrough and was lightning-fast at replying to our questions during the trip. Even when we hit a snag—the fridge stopped working on the way back—Victor was amazing. He tried to help us troubleshoot it, and when that didn't work, he released our security deposit right away instead of holding onto it. He messaged us a week later just to let us know it was a simple blown fuse (such an honest guy, he didn't even have to do that!). He even hooked us up with a 10% discount for our next trip. Victor is incredibly friendly, professional, and honest. We will definitely be renting from him again!
