The master bedroom has a King bed and huge closets, the living room sofa bed opens into a full-sized bed, the dining table area converts to a bed, and there's a bunk over the cabin, which is electrically operated and we will have ready to use.The kitchen setup is great and comes equipped with a residential refrigerator, a gas stove with an oven, a convection microwave, and tons of storage. Interior comfort features include; dual AC/Heat pumps, a gas furnace, an audio system, 40" Hdtv in the living area and a 32"Hdtv in the master bedroom. The bathroom has a roomy shower and double sinks.A huge, electrically operated awning provides ample shade for outdoor festivities or Tailgating at an Aggie game. The full-body paint scheme looks great and will remain that way for years to come. Comes ready to go with sheets, towels, pots and pans, cutlery, etc.Our RV will be meticulously cleaned, disinfected, and sanitized when returned from a rental. It will be ready for the next RV rental. Ventilated after each use. All surfaces are cleaned and then disinfected. All linens, drapes, and rugs are washed on the highest heat setting. Lysol is the best!!
