Brand new bunkhouse perfect for your family camping trip. This camper has 2 a/c units to help beat the Texas heat.
The camper has 50 amp service, electric tongue and stabilizer jacks.
The camper comes fully stocked with supplies you might need. Here is a list of the items:
Plates, cups and silverware for 8. Steak knives included.
Cooking utensils such as spatula, spoons, measuring cups, etc.
Grilling spatula and tongs.
Outside includes an outdoor mat, 4 chairs, a folding table.
We have a camp grill that we can provided if needed.
We also have a generator for rent that can be added if you need one.Other things to noteThere's to be no smoking of any kind including vaping inside the camper. If there is any evidence of the fact you will forfeit your $500 security deposit.
This is NOT a pet-friendly camper. If there is evidence of the fact you will forfeit your $500 security deposit.
You will receive a clean camper & are expected to return a clean camper. We provide all of the cleaning product as well. If the camper is not returned clean then we will charge a cleaning fee of $65
You can purchase the grey/black tank dump and black tank backwash for a small fee otherwise if not you must empty both the gray tank and black tank and do a black tank backwash prior to returning.
If you are not at the camper, please put the Awning in to avoid damage. The number one insurance claim for RVs is awning damage from wind and or rain.

Our trip was fantastic. Making the reservation was so easy. Tyler answered all my questions leading up to the trip. The trailer was furnished with everything we needed. Very clean & well kept. Tyler had everything setup upon our arrival to Splashway. Gave us a tour & we were set for the weekend. The ac units worked fabulous in the Texas heat. Would rent again!

This travel trailer has it all: comfy mattress, ice cold AC and a stocked pantry. Tyler is great to work with! Will rent this unit again very soon.
