RV Rental Rules Please treat the RV with care and respect. * All drivers must be approved and listed on the rental agreement. * No smoking or vaping inside the RV. * No pets unless approved in advance. * No off-roading, racing, towing, or driving on rough/unmaintained roads. * No parties, festivals, tailgating, or other high-risk events without prior approval. Awning — No Use The exterior awning is NOT available for renter use. Do not extend, retract, adjust, or operate the awning for any reason. It must remain fully closed and secured throughout the rental. Renters may be responsible for damage caused by unauthorized use. Interior * No shoes on beds or bedding. * Do not sit or sleep on upholstery while wet. * Do not move or modify permanent fixtures or equipment. * Report any damage or mechanical issues immediately. Do not attempt repairs without approval. Kitchen & Plumbing * Never leave the stove unattended. * Turn off appliances when leaving the RV. * No candles, incense, or open flames. * Only RV-safe toilet paper may be flushed. * Do not flush wipes, feminine products, paper towels, food, or other materials. * Do not allow the waste tanks to overflow. Return Requirements Before returning the RV: * Remove all trash and personal belongings. * Wash dishes and return items to their original locations. * Return the bed and furniture to their original configuration. * Ensure the awning is fully closed and secured. * Disconnect and store hoses, cords, and hookups. * Return the RV with the agreed-upon fuel level. * Return all keys and accessories. If you experience an accident, warning light, leak, or mechanical problem, contact us immediately. Do not continue driving if doing so could cause additional damage.
