Other things to noteThe trailer should be returned in clean condition. All trash should be emptied and disposed of at the campground. All surfaces should be wiped down. All dishes, utensils and cookware should be thoroughly washed and put up. There should not be any stains. Excessive dirt should be cleaned. All towels and linens should be placed in the tub. An excess Cleaning Fee of $100 will be charged post-trip if trailer is not in acceptable condition. Thank you.Due to the fact the owner and others have severe allergies to some pets and smoking, no pets or smoking is allowed. If this policy is not followed, there will be a charge to have professionals come in and clean the air with special equipment such as an OZone generator. The charge for this is $150 post-trip. Thank you for understanding.

5Before we rented Steve responded quickly answering all of our questions. (I was a bit surprised that some people did not.) We had not previously stayed in an RV and he thoroughly explained everything we needed to know. He set up the Rv and included many extras that we did not expect. The trailer was very clean and well stocked. We had a few questions during our stay and he was quick to respond to those. We would definitely rent from him again if we are in the area.

5I was traveling for a work event (RV Rally at the Branson KOA) and Steve’s RV was perfect. The RV was clean, had all of the amenities promised (plenty of GOOD towels, pots, pans, and great sheets on the beds). Steve was responsive to any questions I had before and during the rental. I would 10/10 recommend this rental to anyone!
