We are so excited that you are considering renting our camper. She is older but, I believe, better for it. There are no slide-outs, so nothing to leak or break. We are happier knowing that when we were out, not much could break and ruin our family vacation. Sometimes we don't go far; about 7 miles from our home, and although we could leave and go back home, it is on these short distances where every minute of relaxation counted. We really want to be able to keep our camper for our own use, but since we can't take off and away every week of the year, it's available to rent out to others who need a vacation home-away-from-home. Our family is full of active Scouts - Boy, Cub, and Heritage Girl - who love being outdoors. We are ocean people, so we love the smell of salt water and sand. The camper has no TV, so it allows us to have comfortable down time between our adventures without worrying about fire pits, outhouses, mosquitoes, and most importantly - rain.
