Beautiful class A for rent. 6 beds and tons of space with a massive slide out.Automatic leveling at the push of a buttonEarlier this year the rear view camera/radio was not working for one of the renters. It's been replaced and everything works great!5 TVs. Each bunk has its own, one in the master bed, over kitchen table, and one outside.See Additional info to see what's included (there's a lot)It’s the perfect RV for a big family or a group of friends. We love being able to pull up to a destination, drop the automatic leveling jacks, slide out the slide and have camp setup in no time. For trips like Yellowstone, we would actually drive the RV through the park as there was plenty of large parking areas throughout most of the park on our trips. It was great to have a portable kitchen, shade, bathroom, etc. wherever we went.I hope you will enjoy it as much as we do.When you are plugged into 50 amp power you can run both air conditioners in the microwave. When you’re plugged in the 30 amp power he can run one of the air conditioners in microwave, if you were plugged into a regular 120 V plug you can run just one of the hair conditioners call microwave, but I don’t recommend to run them at the same time.Lights and fridge will always work because they just run (+propane for fridge) off the batteries, but to have the TVs, AC, and microwave on you’ll need to either be running the generator or be plugged in.When me and my family use it typically we don’t use the TVs, rear AC (front AC works great while driving though), and microwave while we are driving (you need to be plugged in or have generator running to run those). Then when we arrive where we want to go we just plug-in and have everything available. What's includedIncludes 6 camp chairs, cooler, camp chef outdoor stove top with cooktop for one of the burners, outdoor rugs/mats, and folding table.Master bedding is included. (Blanket, sheets, 2 pillows) For additional bedding there is an additional charge and we'll include up to 6 sleeping bags and 6 pillows for $45.Includes 50 or so miscellaneous DVD movies for the DVD players. For the kitchen and misc. supplies, there is a lot included, I'll do my best to include everything I know is in there below:
- plastic utensils (forks, spoons, knives)
- Plastic cups, bowls, and plates
- tongs, spatula, pots, pans, cookie sheet, toaster, coffee maker, big mixing bowls, misc. seasonings (salt, pepper, steak, etc), napkins, lighter, tape, misc. tools, bear spray, bug repellant, sunscreen, broom, RV specific toilet paper
RecommendationsYellowstone, Zion national Park, goblin Valley, Teton national Park, Arches national Park, Oregon CoastOther things to noteGenerator
There is an hourly charge above what's included, recommended to just plugin wherever you are to save on that charge. Sometimes it might be needed if you need the microwave or AC and you are not plugged in though. To start the generator you press and hold the stop part of the button for 10 seconds while the generator primes. Then you press and hold the start end of the button for 5 to 10 seconds until it starts. Sometimes you may need to repeat this process 2 or 3 times until it starts. When you are plugged in to outside power the generator is not needed.
Leveling jacks
To level the RV You’ll need to start the engine and set the parking break. Then you can press the on button and the leveling system. You should see it on the left side of the steering wheel near the window. Then you can press the auto button to initiate the leveling system. Once it is all leveled the center light between all the arrows will flash green. It usually takes about two minutes for it to level itself. To retract the jacks you’ll need to start the engine, make sure the parking brake is set, then turn on the leveling system. Once it is on you will press the retract all Jack’s button. This takes about 45 seconds for objects to be retracted. The light that says jacks down will turn off. Then you can turn off the leveling system and begin driving.
Slide
Before extending the slide make sure the motorhome is in park and that all jacks are down and the motorhome has been leveled. Next, make sure that the front driver seat is clear of the slide, both when going in or out, and that there is no debris In the path on the floor and that there’s no extra weight or people on the slide portion while go in or out.
Front drop down bed
This can be Raised and lowered by using the panel near the entrance of the RV that has the on and off key. Please leave the key in the panel and in the off position when not in use
Refrigerator/freezer
There are different modes on the refrigerator. He could have it only be on while you were connected to power or you can also have it be on when connected to propane gas. The auto mode will automatically switch between electricity or propane.
Fuel tank
The generator uses gas from the main fuel tank. Please note that the generator can use down to 25% of the tank.
Connecting to power
The main power cord is a 50 amp connection. We include An adapter to hook up to a regular outlet or to a 30 amp connection. If you are plugged into a regular outlet you can only run one air conditioner at a time. On 50 amp you can run both air conditioners and the microwave, 30 amp connection would run 2 air conditioners or one air conditioner and the microwave at the same time.
Water connection
Make sure to use the included water pressure regulator when connecting to the water hook up. You will connect it to the exterior water connection labeled city water connection. To fill up the tanks and use the water pump instead of the city water connection, you’ll see a Fill up spot on the right side of the RV. Near the rear.
Waste dump
If you are connecting to a park with hook ups and waste dump, you will attach the brown drain hose located in the waste dump storage area Before opening any valves. It’s very important to have it connected before the valves are open. Once connected, then you can open the black valve first, wait for it to drain for a minute or so, then open the gray valve. Be sure Everything is connected both on the RV side and into the ground a dream because you don’t want to have anything come loose obviously while draining. Do not leave the valves open while you were at the RV park. You will want to drain the waste and close the valves as soon as they are drained. This is because the gases and smells from the RV park sewage can travel up through the system of the valves are left open.
When you’re disconnecting and getting ready to leave, you can connect the water hose to the San T flush system (in the waste drain compartment) to make sure the brown hose and tanks are clear of any waste.Awning
It is very important that you do not extend or leave the awning extended while there was any wind. These things are very sensitive to wind. If you will be away from the RV for sometime we recommend to leave it retracted.
Toilet
Very important: No baby wipes, no tampons, nothing other than the RV toilet paper. Regular paper can be used in emergencies, just sparingly so it doesn’t wad up and clog. You will need flush much more often than a regular toilet. Toilets in RVs are quite a bit different than a toilet in the house so it needs to have some additional care to make sure it functions properly. When using the toilet and and you are using toilet paper I recommend to flush the toilet at least three different times while in use. You can flush it with your hand while you are sitting if needed. Please make sure to only use the RV/marine specific toilet paper. It’s just a thinner lighter weight toilet paper that doesn’t clog up as easily. If it clogs there is a plunger, but if it’s very bad there is a rooter in the cable/hose storage bin outside you can use.

Meet your host, Brent

My wife and I love to travel with our kids. We have so many of them (5), so we decided it would be easiest to camp and travel in an RV. One of the best decisions we've ever made. We hope you enjoy the RV as much as us.
