1. No Smoking: Smoking inside the van is prohibited.
2. No Off-Roading: The van may not be driven off-road or on unpaved roads without prior approval.
3. Pets: Pets are allowed with prior approval. Renters must clean up after their pets and ensure no damage occurs.
4. Fuel: Return the van with the same fuel level as when picked up. A refueling charge will apply if the fuel level is lower.
5. Mileage Limits: The rental includes a set number of miles per day (150 miles). Additional miles will be charged at a rate of $0.50 per mile.
6. Cleaning: Please remove all garbage and leave the van in a swept like condition. If excessive cleaning is required, an additional cleaning fee will be applied.
7. Damage and Repairs: Report any damage immediately. Renters are responsible for covering the cost of any repairs for damage caused during the rental.
8. Towing: Towing is prohibited unless specifically approved by the host.
9. Late Returns: Late returns will result in additional hourly rate of $50/hour. Please ensure the van is returned on time to avoid extra charges.
10. Driving Area: The van is to remain within the designated driving area (U.S. only unless otherwise approved). International travel requires prior approval. No off-roading allowed and the van must be kept on paved or groomed dirt forest roads.
