2021 Jayco Jay Feather Micro 12SRK
Jay (original, I know, blame the daughter) is a mini camper from Jayco. He may be little but includes all the things you need for the weekend getaway. Its a different style of camping from the typical RV you will find in most campgrounds. Being so small and with the ground clearance, you can really get off grid. While you won't be standing up inside, it is tall enough you can sit upright nicely and the sofa folds into a bed that is long enough for most. I'm 6'3" and it works for me quite easily. Pro tip - if you are as tall as I am, sleep reverse what you would naturally think and put your feet on the shelf. In the back is the outdoor kitchen. It has a 110/12v chest type fridge/freezer and a 17" Blackstone griddle. There is no sink, but he does have a 25gal freshwater tank with a hose attachment that you can use for the dishes. There is also the tv with built-in sound bar here that you can take inside if the need arises. It is also bluetooth capable so you can hookup up your phone to get your jam on while hanging around. You will want to have your ball hitch at around 24" to have Jay be level while towing. The bed is 45" wide and 72" long. The padded shelf adds another 12" to it's length for tall people like me (6'3").Be aware the only heat is a 110v space heater so if you are wanting to do some edge season camping, you will need to be plugged into either shore power or the generator if you need heat. I find it's comfy even down to 35-40 with just me in it without heat, there is enough insulation to keep my heat in. It is a bit chilly getting dressed when I get out of the covers, though. What's includedPaper plates and utensils
spatula/spoon/tongs/knives for cookingOther things to noteNo smoking, please.
Please be considerate with pet size, Jay is very small.
Not the same kind of camping as a big trailer. No shower/sink/toilet.

We loved this little RV for our annual family camping trip. Perfect for our needs, so comfortable, and Mark was an excellent communicator. Would definitely recommend to anyone!

A great experience from start to finish. Mark was very accommodating and helpful. A great small trailer for backcountry adventure or just east car camping.

It was exactly what we needed for a single night as an alternative to tent camping on a very rainy cold night prior to the last mountain bike race at our local ski resort. He was accommodating and easy to work with as plans were last minute.

Q.What flexibility is available for picking up and dropping off the RV?
A.
Pretty flexible. Location may be a bit rigid during work hours, but time is generally open.
Q.Are there any special tricks and tips that would help with operating the RV easily?
A.
When disconnecting water or propane quick connects, pushing in a little with one hand and operating the connector with the other will help get it apart easier.
