This RV is best enjoyed in an RV park with hookups. This RV is not the best for off the grid camping. Additional Items & Rules You MUST use the included Surge Protector, and failure to do so means I accept full responsibility for any damages caused by electoral faults. You MUST use the included water pressure regulator, and failure to do so means I accept full responsibility for any damage caused by high water pressure. You have been advised to not exceed 65 MPH (and 4000 RPM) on motorized units. Avoid cooking foods with a strong smell in the RV. In addition, no cleaning of fish. Whenever the stove top is used, I will turn on the vent fan on the microwave. Do not use the awning UNLESS you are around the RV. If you leave the RV, you will put the awning away. Failure to do so may lead to damage to the unit. The unit is not to be taken off road without specific permission. (dirt roads in RV park are ok). While GPS driving directions are of great assistance, you know that they may not always be accurate. You have been advised that you will be responsible for any recovery charges if you drive the RV somewhere that you cannot get it out from. This is a no smoking coach (including vaping) and any evidence found of such will result in use of entire deposit to have interior professionally detailed. You accept full responsibility for any injuries resulting from non-use of seatbelts to me and any passengers (motorized units only). You have been advised to use the provided toilet paper. If that runs out, you are to get RV/marine paper. No other type of toilet paper is allowed. In addition, the ONLY things that can go down the toilet is human waste and the provided toilet paper. You have been advised that you will be charged $50 per hour (1-hour min) if you misuse the toilet and cause a clog.
