The host responded to messages within a few hours. The van was clean and had many amenities. I did have some engine problems while on my trip. Losing power and slowing down even on level roads. It was hard to communicate with the host as I was often out of wifi range. The check engine light came on. I was able to connect with the host through my son, who I could reach by phone. He spoke with the host. The host sent me a long message that listed what might be causing the problem but did not say to take the van to a garage. We did make it home and I assume the problem was addressed. I did not receive any compensation for the distress that the engine problems caused. This van is well loved and I think would be fine for people who are comfortable with complex cars. Being a non-mechanic and traveling with my young granddaughter, I felt uncomfortable.

We had a great trip in this camper van, we’ve rented camper vans a few times and this was definitely the nicest. Great layout and functionality.

We loved the bed and the fridge so much! Such luxury for us. The stove was amazing as well. We are used to a Coleman propane camping stove and cannot control the flame like Preston’s. We loved the van and it was easy to drive.

We had an amazing time in The Nest and Preston was super helpful, friendly, and very responsive. His van is well-equipped, clean, comfortable. It has everything you need to have a great time on an outdoor adventure!
