Otherwise, we are deliver and set up only. This travel trailer toy hauler sleeps 6 adults (2 queen bunks, and a queen sized mattress in the primary bedroom). The garage has two retractable queen bunks that convert to double sofas, and the rear door doubles as a fenced in patio. There’s a good separation of sleeping space from the common areas; we have a family of 5 and never feel like we’re stumbling over each other, even on rainy days.Length: 35’8”

Rules and policies
• We don't allow water hookup without sewer; it would be too easy to overflow the grey tanks. • No showering without a city water connection; the shower flows a lot of water and would quickly exhaust the fresh water tank. • Please don't leave the awning extended unattended; a big gust of wind can easily damage it.
