Excellent condition, fully loaded camper. We have made several upgrades including a hand made custom table, wooden shoe storage, and a coffee bar/charging station. It fits a family of 5 comfortably but can hold up to 8 due to the oversized bunkbeds. It has a spacious bathroom, TV/ DVD player, and indoor/outdoor speakers for the radio/DVD player. Includes dual batteries, propane tanks and an electric jack. 52 gallon fresh water tank, 39 gallon grey water tank, and 28 gallon black water tank. What's included• Cookware
