Mike was great to work with. As the RV was already close to the location we were staying at, Mike just met us at our RV Park and helped set up the camper for us. He reviewed all of the workings of the camper and took the time to answer all of our questions. We had no issues at all with the camper, and were thankful for the AC as it was a very warm one of the evenings. The Norcold cooler worked great to keep all of our food cold. Returning the unit was simple. We're looking forward to renting from Mike again in the future.

Q.What flexibility is available for picking up and dropping off the RV?
A.
While not always possible, we do our best to accommodate your camping schedule. Don't be afraid to ask for an earlier pickup time or later drop off time.
Q.Do I need to bring my own pots & pans, plates & cups, and kitchen utensils?
A.
Yes! We will send you with propane and water in the tanks, to get you started. But you'll need to bring any items you need to make food and enjoy your meals.
Q.What are the hitch requirements for towing your teardrop?
A.
You'll need a 2" ball that has a height between 15"-18" from the pavement to the top of the ball. We do have a few various extra hitch receivers, available free of charge, based on availability. The trailer can work with both a 4-pin and a 7-pin electrical connection. (Note: A properly wired 7-pin will charge the trailer batteries while driving. 4-pin only operates the necessary driving lights, turn signals, brakes).
Q.What type of bedding do I need?
A.
We will have the trailer furnished with a clean bottom fitted sheet. You'll need to provide everything else you'll want for sleeping (pillows, sheets, blankets, etc).
