Table does come with a leaf and couch does fold down to double as a extra place to sleep.What's includedCamper has basic amenities such as dishes , disposable utensils, paper towels, towels inside. Main bedroom has sheets and a blanket with additional blankets for the other bedroom if needed. Outside we have a outdoor rug, bug zapper and corn hole.Other things to noteFridge is a residential fridge and not ran off propane. Has to have electricity to work. Plan according.
