Please read ALL details for your own Benefit and Understanding of what is offered and provided. Thank you!The trailer is practically still brand new, used a handful of times and value for money is truly mind blowing.Whether you're a first timer or an old hand at RV trailer camping I think you'll enjoy it.
Reading all the details below will better prepare you to have a Great trip :-)
Time to relax :-)
We figure you want to "unplug" when camping and since everyone has their device, there is no TV. There is however an indoor bluetooth stereo with indoor and outdoor speakers, and it can work in both or either of those zones.
LED lights throughout. Central Air-conditioning or heat - ducted throughout to the vents in each area. We've added a special after-market part to this air-conditioner making it more efficient and effective.
All flatware, plates, cooking pot/pan are provided, but bring your own BBQ equipment if you wish.
There is also an outside kitchen complete with refrigerator, stove and basin.
An outside shower for the kids to wash off if they got all sandy at the beach :-)Since you're driving in Michigan an electric brake controller is required by law and will need to be verified on or in your vehicle - this is standard on many newer trucks and SUV's. But don't worry we can rent you our bluetooth controller - see more details further down the page. You'll also need a vehicle that can tow at least 5,000 pounds, 6,000 pounds would be better - likely a truck or large SUV. You must have a 2 inch receiver and 7-pin electric plug outlet. It needs a 2 & 5/16 inch ball. We can also rent you the tow-hitch and stabilizer system for a nominal 1 time fee.Office Hours:

Any "urine or marking accidents" on furniture will forfeit your Entire deposit.Absolutely NO smoking, vaping or smoke exhaling inside the trailer. Any sign/smell of smoke of ANY kind - cigarette/cigar/marijuana, but not limited to these etc., will result in forfeiting the Entire security deposit. As the renter you are responsible for what you’re guests do in this and all areas of care for the trailer.Other fees are noted in the rules & add-ons section. Let us know how many in your party so we can provide these for everyone. Bath towels are provided, but not beach towels.
Other things to noteYou need a midsize truck or SUV with 5,000 pound tow capacity (to find your gross trailer weight, GTW, look on the outside edge of your vehicle driver side door or the inside edge of driver door frame).

Kevin's trailer is very nice and he has everything you need. He has thought of everything luke sandwich makers you ona campfire ,super long marshmallow skewers, all the pots pans , soap, toles in a neatly packed zipper bag and the thing ive never seen plastic gloves for cleaning the black water. All of this and he is one of the nicest and genuinely the easiest person work with. I looked forward to booking with Kevin again. 5 gold stars 🌟

Communication is SUPER important to me, you probably cannot communicate too much. I'd much rather you communicate than have a surprise. So please do and I will too :-) Glamping or RV Camping is my kind of camping :-) When I was a kid I belonged to a Pathfinder group - similar to Cubs or Scouts and we would do fun things and camping was one of them. But the night there was a heavy downpour and my sleeping bag was floating around me (the days before tents had a sowed in floor, though I doubt it would have made much difference), I think I decided, unconsciously, that it was not really something I liked doing. Fast forward 40+ years and here we are enjoying RVing. I have a dog who's come along on a boondocking weekend, but he is somewhat restrictive, i.e. we wanted to go on a boardwalk hike, but dogs were prohibited (and too hot to leave him in a closed up trailer. So probably going to leave him behind in future. The kids like it if they have their devices, but that's not really what camping is about. Though it does fit in the glamping model. My favorite RV trip to date has been Zion NP, Bryce Canyon NP and Grand Staircase Escalante National Monument in a rented Cruise America RV. Those places are incredible and an RV allows you to keep your comforts close and still enjoy the wilder side.
