We want you to have an incredible adventure! To ensure the safety of our guests and the longevity of our camper, please adhere to the following guidelines:
1. No Smoking or Vaping
Strictly no smoking or vaping of any kind inside the unit. If the smell of smoke is detected upon return, a professional deep-cleaning fee of $500 will be charged.
2. Site Requirements: Renter must ensure the site fits a 37ft trailer and has 30 or 50-amp electric, water, and sewer. We cannot refund if the site is inaccessible or lacks proper utilities.
3. Cleaning Policy: Please leave the unit tidy, dispose of all trash in campground bins, and wash used dishes. Excessive messes requiring deep cleaning will result in an additional cleaning fee.
4. The "Black Tank" (Toilet) Rule
Only use the provided RV-safe toilet paper. Never flush feminine products, paper towels, or "flushable" wipes, as these will clog the system. If the sensors indicate a clog due to improper use, a plumbing fee will apply.
5. Pets: We are dog-friendly (yay!), but please keep paws off the upholstery and beds. Dogs should never be left unattended in the unit unless they are crated. Any damage caused by pets will be deducted from the security deposit. No cats please.
6. Awning Use
Awnings are expensive and fragile. Do not leave the awning extended overnight, during high winds (15+ mph), or while you are away from the campsite. If it gets windy, retract it immediately!
7. Roof Access
For your safety, please do not climb on the roof of the unit.
8. Festivals & Off-Roading
If your trip was approved for a festival, please ensure the unit is returned without excessive interior mud/dust.
