This was the worst experience I’ve ever had renting. We picked up the trailer in Bend and drove it to Florence with our kids for a camping trip with friends. On the way there we noticed an issue with the brakes, they were whistling loudly by the time we got to Florence. After some back and forth with the owner we agreed to drive the trailer to Lea Schwab…after we were all set up for camp. We had planned this trip for months and my husband had a fishing trip planned in advance so he was not able to drive it to Les Schwab, instead we inconvenienced our friend to drive it down. Meaning I was stranded at camp without a camper and without a truck. Turns out the brake assembly was broken and we were told was for some time. We were also told it would not have made the trip home. The microwave didn’t work, the door to the master didn’t slide and the mattress was so disgusting I almost threw up ( I didn’t now this until after sleeping on it when I got home). After all this and $1200+ later the owner refunded $300 after I requested. In all honestly, that is simply not good enough. This made the entire trip stressful and to top it off, I was super grossed out when I discovered what was hidden on the mattress.

Such a cute RV. The AC worked great in the heat and Kelsi had it spotless when we arrived. It smelled great too. Everything was stocked to perfection even down to the shampoo and utensils. The queen bed has a memory foam mattress so it’s higher up and hard to get into the bed so might not work for an elderly couple. Highly recommend booking this RV if you want a clean, new RV with great communication with owner!

Kelsi could not have been more amazing. She was so sweet and so accommodating. She seriously made my husband’s surprise birthday weekend possible with my last-minute booking. The trailer was incredible, immaculately clean with beautiful finishes, but the owners alone made this worth while. Would absolutely rent again in the future!
