My name is Sam and I am the proud owner of "Forest" and Stay Wyld Adventures LLC. I built out this van to be my dream ski cabin on wheels in the winter and adventure mobile in the summer. My van conversion was professionally done by Dave and Matt Vans in Gypsum, CO. I have had two favorite trips in the van so far: 1: Mt. Bachelor, Oregon 2: Moab, Utah. I am a huge snowboarder and Mt. Hood Meadows is my home mountain. Nothing beats waking up at the mountain to fresh snow fall! In the summer, I love to camp at the local lakes like Timothy Lake and Trillium Lake to Stand Up Paddle board and hang in my hammock. I also love to go mountain biking and Oregon has awesome trails like Sandy Ridge Trail and Post Canyon in Hood River. The beauty of the van, the options are almost endless on the beautiful scenery you could see.

We had the absolute best time staying in this van! Samantha was very knowledgeable about the vehicle and all the amenities. She even provided hard copy’s of any information packet we could possible need something were to go wrong. We did 6 nights in the van exploring everywhere from Mt. Hood, Bend, Crater Lake and most of coastal Oregon. The van was reliable on and off road. The bed was very comfortable and the kitchen/ sink area was perfect for cooking meals. We would definitely recommend to anyone interested and hope to be able to rent again ourselves!

Q.What flexibility is available for picking up and dropping off the RV?
A.
There may be an opportunity for flexibility of pick up or drop off times. Please let me know if you need to request alternative times and I will happily try to accommodate.

Q.Are there any special tricks and tips that would help with operating the RV easily?
A.
Forest is a 2021 Ram Promaster that is super easy to drive. It comes equipped with both a back up camera and a camera that displays the rear view at all times for safety. It has an incredible turning radius and is extremely easy to maneuver. Plus it fits into a standard parking spot so there is never a need for special parking. It is 10ft high so it can not be parked in most parking garages or drive throughs.

Q.How do the electric, water and sewage hook up work while setting up at the campground?
A.
There is no set up! The electricity of the van repowers when you drive and from the solar panel on the roof. The water pump is just a switch and comes stocked with a 5 gallon water tank and 5 gallon grey water tank. There is no sewage line as there there is only an option to add a 5 gal Casette Portable Toilet to the rental. Park. Play. Sleep. Repeat!
