Couch/"Queen"-Murphy Bed. Extra large rear bathroom corner shower. With plenty of storage space. Extra Outside kitchen to keep you out doors. Dinnet table dose lower into a short full bed.

The renter is responsible to make sure unit returned broom swept clean, counter top & bathroom / toilet wiped down w/ cleaning products (provided), garbage removed, all kitchen equipment washed clean and stored back in the proper previously stored location. Failure to do any or all of the above will result in fine $50.00 of the security deposit.
If use Generator must be full at pickup or return $30 fine charged if not filled
Not climbing onto roof, smoking a $100 fine will occur

Cancellation policy – Strict
- Free cancellation for 48 hours after booking, as long as you cancel more than 14 days before departure.

- Insurance is refunded
- 50% of the booking total is refunded
