5The foundation of our first RV trip was the owner. Vic was amazingly concerned, helpful, and caring. He took our text and phone questions at all hours of the day. He was helpful before, during, and after the trip. I would actually hesitate renting from anyone else because he set the gold standard. Next, the RV was in pristine condition, like new, and well laid out. The motor of the RV was powerful enough for the expressways over the Smokey Mountains. Comfortable bed, plenty of storage. Thanks Vic. Lastly the Outdoorsy experience itself was a breeze, that is all I'll use in the future.
