A tow hitch is available for use. The weight of the trailer is 6,118 LB (dry) and tongue weight is 714 LB. Please verify your vehicle qualifies to tow this unit by contacting me ahead of time, as well as by checking your specific vehicle’s tow capacity online or in your owner’s manual. YOU Will NOT BE Allowed TO TOW This RV Without Meeting ALL Above Requirements.-For an additional fee, we offer a “Linen & Bedding Package” that includes sheets and comforters for all beds (We make the beds for you!) 6 kitchen towels, and 6 bath towels/washcloths. Please inquire by messaging us through the app and see the add-on section at check out!-For additional fees, we offer black & gray tank dump/flush services, a kitchen essentials & staples package, & propane tank fill services. Please see the add-on section at check out!-Please properly Empty & Flush all tanks after usage (fees Will apply if not done) and ensure you return RV in the same condition as it was picked up/dropped off in.-What TO Bring From Home:Towels, washcloths, toiletries, personal blankets, pillows, sheets (queen size for master bed and full size for bunks/table/couch beds), food/drinks, & kitchen essentials (if not adding our Kitchen Essentials add-on package)-The trailer has reusable plates, silverware, cups, cooking utensils, pots, pans, toaster, coffee pot, bowls, measuring cups, etc.**Additional Items to Note**-Late Renter Pickup/Drop-off: If a renter is late for a Rental Pickup or drop-off, a late fee of $25/hour will be assessed, unless previously discussed and approved before the pickup or drop-off date/time.-Pickup/Dropoff: Times may vary for weekend to weekday pickup/drop-offs based on our schedule. Please message to discuss details of your trip and desired pickup/drop-off times.-Dirty RV Fee: We understand that RVs get dirty out on the road! Returning the RV with a “normal” amount of dirt is acceptable and will not result in any additional charges. However, if an RV is returned covered with dirt, soot, trash, food, wine stains, interior dirt/grime, etc., and you do not wash & clean the RV inside & out prior to returning it, we require that the renter be charged an additional cleaning fee.
What's included• All basic camping essentials included - dishes and cookware, sewer kit, 30A power cord/adapters, water hoses, camping chairs, basic amenities, etc.
• We offer a 2 5/16" hitch & slug with anti-sway bars and a backup camera via iPhone App if desired.
• For additional costs, we are happy to provide bedding, towels, kitchen supplies and cleaners. Beds will be made up and ready to sleep in! We can also help customize your trip! PLEASE ASK ABOUT THIS OPTION!

RecommendationsWith Vermont’s beautiful foliage and many camping locations across the state, the adventures are endless! The WEATHER GUARD Package is included in this unit, so cold weather won’t stop you either! The Northeast Kingdom and the Champlain Islands are well within reach, or take an adventure and hit the coast of Maine!Other things to note-NO PARTIES, LARGE GROUPS, FESTIVALS, ETC. (Exception: Jenny Brook Bluegrass Festival-Tunbridge, VT)-IF THE UNIT IS DAMAGED, TRASHED, OR RETURNED DIRTY, YOU WILL BE HELD FINANCIALLY RESPONSIBLE!-ABSOLUTELY no smoking, vaping, incense, candles, etc. IF DISCOVERED, YOU WILL BE CHARGED!-Tow vehicles must be equipped with brake controls and a 7-pin plug-in. 5It was a truly great experience. The RV was absolutely perfect. Never rented an RV. Never spent four days in one. I was lucky to have such an awesome first experience. And as a bonus I got to spend time with Jordan and his two beautiful girls.

Hi! We're a family of 4 from Central VT. My wife works in the medical field and myself in public service. We also own and operate a small self-storage facility as a side hustle. We have both grown up around campers & camping, but have never owned a camper together. This is our first venture owning an RV as a family!
