This will result in forfeiture of renter’s full security deposit No rooftop access. • Gray and Black tank must be empty, $100 Dump fee • No Mexico or Canada Travel Do not tow anything behind the trailer. Motorhome towing with approval only. Cleaning fee will be deducted from deposit for camper returned excessively dirty. (Examples: dirt/mud on floors and/or furniture, pet hair on furniture, personal waste still in toilet, improperly washed dishes, items not put away in appropriate locations.) Drop-offs after 3PM will incur a late charge of $20 per hour.
