Carl: responsive and supportive host
Carl was consistently easy to communicate with, very responsive to questions, troubleshooted hiccups, and provided a thorough walk-through of the van's functions before trips.

5.0We had a wonderful experience with Carl’s Noovo van. The van is beautiful, modern, very clean, and extremely comfortable. It's new, well designed, and easy to enjoy, especially for a beach trip. We took it to Freeport and had such a great time enjoying the beach and the overall experience. Carl was a great host, and the whole process was smooth and convenient. This was our first time using Outdoorsy, and we were very impressed with how easy the platform was to use and with the excellent customer service. Overall, it was a memorable trip and a great way to experience van life. Thank you, Carl!

5.0A very new Noovo with overhead bunk allowed for our party of 3 to have enough bed space as well as comfortable living spaces. Bathroom and shower worked perfectly! Would love to rent from Carl again!
