**Please Expand AND Read** Gypsy Blue is a custom designed 2019 Dodge Ram Promaster 2500 perfect for any getaway adventure! The van itself features cruise control, bluetooth, hands free calling, backup camera & more. The van is 17' long & just over 9' tall. Gypsy Blue features self latching cabinets & drawers, & a spacious queen size mattress & has a kitchen area w/portable propane 2 burner grill, sink w/ 7 gallon water/grey water system, & mini fridge. LED recessed dimmable lighting in the sleeping area & under the cabinets on dedicated separate switches. (runs off solar or 30 amp hookup) 4 total USB outlets.There is NO shower & NO toilet in the van. Fresh linens, kitchen supplies, cleaning supplies, and (1) 16 oz propane container per every 4 nights of your rental provided. Pick up and drop off is flexible anytime between 10:00am-5:00pmHeating/AC/Cooling: There is no heater and no AC in the van. There is a small portable evaporative cooler that blows cold air & is powered w/USB. For cooler air use cold water. The van AC also runs while the van is on. There are also 2 personal fans that run off USB power.DO NOT take van through a car wash - the van will be washed by owner w/a mandatory exterior cleaning fee of $75 charged to renter. If the interior is returned in a clean condition , no fee will be charged. If interior is not returned in clean condition...there will be an additional interior cleaning fee of $100 taken from the renter's deposit.

Gypsy Blue Rules
1. No Smoking in the van. If the van is returned and a smoke smell is detected, the entire deposit will be held for a smoke remediation company to remedy the smell. The cost to remedy plus $100 service fee will be charged to the renter.
2. Do not climb on top of the van
3. There is NO toilet and NO shower in this van
4. Cleaning - a $75 mandatory exterior cleaning fee will automatically be charged to all renters. If the interior of the van is returned unclean, an additional $100 interior clean fee will be charged out of the renter's deposit upon return
5. Low voltage outlet inside van. DO NOT use this outlet for a hair dryer or microwave or high voltage items. You CAN use this outlet for charging electronics or a desktop computer...etc.
