Can sleep 4! 2 inside the van on the brand new trifold memory foam mattress, very comfortable and 2 in the rooftop tent also on a memory foam pad! If staying in a campground or somewhere with hookups, you will even enjoy the heated mattress warmers included on both to keep cozy even in below freezing temperatures. We just got back from sleeping in the grand canyon at 20 degrees and it was perfectly warm! Has a leather rear bench that seats 3 with seatbelts when in driving mode, and 2 in the front leather captains seats. Includes everything you need at no extra costs to you...a fully contained kitchen setup in the back with an icy cold brand new Yeti cooler to use, a single propane burner, 2 gallon water jug with sink basin and camp dishes and cutlery and pots and pans for 4, 4 Clean ten degree mummy sleeping bags, 4 camp size pillows, 2 camp chairs, 4 s'more sticks, tons of cup holders and charging spots for phones. No smoking, No pets (except for in our van "JERRY"). We keep this in great shape at all times and expect you to treat it as you would want someone to treat your own home.
There is a $50 late fee PER HOUR for every hour you are not at the agreed drop off/pickup time for your rental. Normal operating hours are 10am-4pm to choose an appt. time in between these hours. Airport rides not guaranteed and dependent on other rentals, so please make arrangements with us in advance.
Excess cleanup of the van if not returned in it's original condition, and not refueling, will result in money withheld from your deposit in the amount of $300
Rooftop tent maximum weight is 350lbs.
Inside mattress is 48" x 72"
Rooftop mattress is 60" x 84"
