Burt Lake State Park is awesome! So is Mackinac City and Petoskey State Park!Zoo's! You can leave (go to the Geo Pro and eat and cool off) and then go back in! Cedar Point as well!!!

If we detect smoke smell, or is returned excessively dirty or smelly, we will have it professionally cleaned and you will forfeit your entire security deposit. Please no cooking fish inside! It is so hard to get smells out of these trailers!If you want us to dump and clean the black tanks, no problem. It is a smelly job! But we do charge a $25 black tank cleaning fee! Money well spent!Please return the trailer as clean as you found it, or a $100 extra cleaning fee could be charged. Sometimes the GeoPro goes out the very next day, and we need to have it cleaned fast.A Pet fee of $100. One small pet only please. (Dogs only) This is to cover the cost of additional cleaning.You must have a 7Pin connection for the lights, and you also must have a brake controller (state law), If you do not have a brake controller, we will happily rent you our Bluetooth one.The Trailer weighs around 3,280 pounds, but it does have a heavier hitch/tongue weight (460) lbs. What cleaning techniques do you practice?
A.
Trailer Unit is Sprayed with an Eco Friendly Multi-Bug Killer (Ants, Spiders, Etc.) with EVERY rental. We pride ourselves on giving you a spotless trailer every time! All of the surfaces are cleaned and disinfected. All linens, towels, and rugs are washed on the highest heat setting. Our goal is to receive a 5-star rating every time!

Are there any other rules I should be aware of?
A.
Please no smoking! If we detect smoke/odor, or the trailer is extremely dirty, we will have the trailer professionally cleaned, and will take your entire security deposit. Please be considerate of the next people renting the trailer!

How do the electric, water and sewage hook up work while setting up at the campground?
A.
If you are not comfortable, or just don't want to deal with the sewage/black tank, we will be happy to dump it for you for a small fee ($25) As for the hook ups, they are a standard set up. There are many YouTube channels showing the "How to" on hooking up at campgrounds, and many others that will show you exactly how to get hooked up properly! And be sure to use the water Pressure regulator and Surge Protector please! And always feel free to call or text me to ask!!

Are there any special tricks and tips that would help with operating the RV easily?
A.
The GeoPro 16BH is so easy to tow and operate. Noting out of the ordinary, and there are lots of YouTube channels showing how everything works. Just know it's extremely easy to tow!
