Brooke was a nice host with communication. The issue my wife and I had was with the RV it's. When we arrived to our destination and tried to use the generator for the AC, it wouldn't work. We no electrical outlets were working accept the the one by the bed above the driver seat. Microwave didn't work because the outlet didn't work. Brooke tried to walk me through steps to trigger them to work again with no success. I then decided to go buy a portable outlet box from Walmart that connects to the vehicle battery. I also had to buy a tent for us to be under to stay clear of the sun since the AC didnt work. We had to use allot of generator time do to the plan "B" steps for outlet power. When we returned the RV Brooke tried to figure out why the AC and outlets weren't working but she went directly to the electric fuse box. That indicated to me that this didn't just start. After agreeing to not charge us for the mileage and generator use which she didn't, she in return kept my security deposit. That was unethical. Now I have to take time out of my day to do disputes and complaints.

Such a seamless and easy rental! Brooke was readily accessible and the RV is turnkey ready and easy to operate. You can tell this rig has seen lots of miles but has been well loved along the way. Everything is in good repair and it’s clean and comfortable. Thank you!

I am incredibly sorry but the RV had an accident right before this trip and sustained minor damage but enough to make it unsafe to drive. I had to cancel this appointment because the RV needed maintenance and repairs! Will do anything to make this up!
