RecommendationsOur favorite spot is boondocking at Atchison State Fishing Lake And Wildlife Reserve. It offers a quiet peaceful setting with lots of nature, lake access for small boats and a well kept park and outhouses.Of course there are several area campgrounds with hookups, playgrounds, pools and more. Smithville Lake, Mo. and Perry Lake, Ks. are close, popular and have more traditional offerings.Let us know what type of experience you are looking for. We'll help point you in the right direction. 5We recently returned home from a 10 day 3200 mile trip to the Southeast US. Anthony and Debra's rv provided many wonderful memories traveling with our family of five. The Rv was very clean and Debra had it well stocked with many items needed for the trip. She was a great at answering questions before and during the trip. She was a very kind and caring host!

5Host, Debra is wonderful. Very easy to work with and is extremely resourceful. She spent a lot of time to make sure we were comfortable on our trip and understand the RV. Awesome communication with her and availability. The RV itself, Sully was AMAZING! Family of 8 fit very comfortably in the RV. First time RV'ers and was easy to drive and care for. Our kids range from 17-6 years and two adults, for 9 days and I would do it again!! Sully is an absolute wonderful travel buddy. I would absolutely rent Sully again and work with Debra. I highly recommend. Thank you Outdoorsy and Debra for a once in a lifetime spring break trip with my family. This was a wonderful and unforgettable trip, thanks to Sully!!

How do you Boondock (AKA. Dry Camp)
A.
When boondocking there are NO hookups. You need to monitor your energy and water supply and more heavily manage their use. It takes a bit more thought and effort but it usually means you can camp in some amazingly beautiful settings. We have a tips and cheat sheets with reminders and pointers to help make your adventure successful. Let us know if you are thinking about this experience. We can help you plan for success with experience, tips and knowledge, as well as a few added options.

Can I Tow my own vehicle?
A.
Generally we are not offering towing at this time, as towing takes another level of judgement and expertise. If you have towing experience and are willing to take the risks, we may be able to work something out. Please reach out via the outdoorsy platform

How do the electric, water and sewage hook up work while setting up at the campground?
A.
We provide a welcome packet of simplified information , tips, tricks, and checkslists for specific tasks. There are also cheat sheets to have in hand and help you walk through and accomplish each task successfully.
