2020 Dodge B Van
Meet Clover! She is a fully converted 2020 Dodge Ram Promaster 2500, beautifully combining form and function for your next big adventure. Decked out with stunning hand finished wood work, details like a cedar tongue and groove ceiling, a big pull out butcher block dining table, and all of your basic comforts tucked cleverly away to leave you with a clean and open floor plan. Perfect for outdoor adventures or easy urban exploration!Inside the spacious cabin you'll find a top loading fridge, deep kitchen sink, portable single burner butane stove (so you can choose to cook in or outside of the van while keeping the counters clear when not in use), all the cookware, camping plates and utensils you could need, electric water kettle, aeropress coffee maker, swivel passenger seat, dimmable lights galore (ohh la la!) a Max Air ceiling fan and simple cassette toilet that is hidden from view when not in use. And, all of the electric runs off of the solar panels up top, leaving you plenty of freedom to roam without the need for a plug in, while still being fully self contained! When it does come time for sleeping, there is a comfortable full sized bed (with 6" high density foam and 6'2" long), and the dinette area converts to an additional single bed (4" high density foam and 6' long, also very comfy), which is a really great set up for two friends road tripping it up together. In the garage area under the bed I've got you covered with some folding camping chairs, a pop up table, outdoor heated shower and all the fun van essentials like leveling blocks, a water filter for the 20 gallon fresh water tank, and shore power cable (just in case it's been cloudy for a while).I know I love taking my pup along with me whenever I can, so this sweet van is dog friendly as well! Just let me know if you want me to toss in the dog bed. :)What's includedfresh linens, cookware (medium sized stock pot and non stick frying pan & cooking utensils), camping plates, bowls & mugs, camp cutlery, single burner butane/propane stove, electric kettle, aeropress coffee maker & filters, two camp chairs, camp table, cassette toilet (including tank enzymes and some TP), basic cleaning supplies, travel mirror, insulated window covers, indoor gas powered heater, max air fanRecommendationsEnjoy these gorgeous Blue Ridge Mountains, or take a short trek to the Smokies. Visit the Linville Gorge, Mount Mansfield, or drive along the Blue Ridge Parkway for incredible views and expanded horizons. Other things to notePets are welcome, but please, no smoking. And sorry, this van does not go to Burning Man. (rental insurance doesn't cover it, yikes!)Because I am a full time student we may need to get clever around finding a time for pick up and drop off. I'm happy to work with you on this! While this van can handle a graded dirt road just fine, Promaster vans are front wheel drive (read, NOT A 4x4), and is not recommended for off roading or serious back woods adventures with unstable driving conditions.

Well hi! I fell in love with van life traveling New Zealand in 2009. Back then I just bought an old shop van, and "converted" it (put in a plywood platform and bought some foam for a mattress and a few crates to store stuff) with some simple tools, and elbow grease. While the premise is still very much the same, I've decided to upgrade for some ease and endurance to add to the whole experience. Summer of 2023 I was fortunate enough to put over 10,000 miles on my trusty steed with the help of my hound dog, Elwood. I truly love how a little change of perspective can be so renewing to the spirit! Thats a huge reason why I want to now share this with others. Exploring is good for the soul.

Evelyn made the whole process so smooth and easy! She had the van fully stocked and gave us all the info we needed ahead of time so we knew what to pack. Everything is set up so thoughtfully in the van and really maximizes the space. This was an amazing trip and we loved our experience in Clover the camper van. Our trip was understandably shortened due to the storm and Evelyn went above and beyond to help us with returning the van early. Will definitely book again with Evelyn!

Evelyn was an amazing host and such a pleasant and kind person. The entire process was seamless and the little extras she provided with the rental were thoughtful and spot on. The camper was perfect for for the two of us. Super comfortable and we had a blast. All the tools were there for cooking and camping. Such a great time! Thank you again for your hospitality!

Q.What flexibility is available for picking up and dropping off the RV?
A.
I do my best to accommodate your needs where I can, but as a solo lady, I do have to work within my capacity. Please message me to see what we can do! I can come up with some creative solutions, and also understand what Outdoorsy needs for insurance purposes, so hopefully we find something that makes us all happy!
Q.Who is allowed to come with me?
A.
This part might be confusing. While the van sleeps three comfortably, it only has two legal seatbelts, so basically there is the verified driver (you, yay!) and you can bring one guest (who can also be a verified driver if they submit their info). If you arrive at a campground or destination, and have an additional guest that sleeps in the van, this is totally fine if that's what you choose, but they are not legally allowed to ride with you while the van is in motion.
Q.As a guest, what do I need to bring on a trip with Clover?
A.
I try to cover a lot of the bases for you so you can just show up with your clothes, toiletries, food items, personal electronics and charging cables and you should be good to go! A day pack, rain jacket, headlamp, sunscreen and bug spray is helpful if you're spending a lot of time outdoors. Travel mugs and refillable water bottles are handy, too. And lastly, don't forget your sunglasses!
Q.How do the electric, water and sewage hook up work while setting up at the campground?
A.
This van is designed to be completely off grid! No hook ups needed, giving you plenty of freedom to explore. Electricity is supplied via the solar panels and inverter, and the water needs are self contained with the 20 gallon fresh water tank, and the 5 gallon grey tank under the sink. The toilet is a cassette style, so this is fully portable as well. The only time you might need electrical hook ups is if you are stationary for long periods of time AND it's been cloudy or shady where you are.
