Pickups/returns: I try to be as accommodating as possible to your schedule Se my reviews: I've made almost any pick up time work for renters - do not sweat this. We'll talk on the phone prior early in the booking process to coordinate.

I consider pets case by case, but generally recommend renters don't bring pets in the Revel - it's not the ideal vehicle/coach for them :)

What's the deal with prep fees vs add on fees for cleaning

I charge a prep fee to ensure the toilet is super clean and usable - I want folks to have piece of mind and feel encouraged and comfortable to use it! That's what it's for ;) IF returned with ALL of the following done, THEN I REFUND you $200 1) clean the toilet WITH bleach wipes (ie from walmart) 2) dump AND rinse sewage cassette If returned clean as whistle - I won't charge cleaning fee, but this one's quite subjective. I spend hours cleaning/preparing the revel for your trip :)
