She was thorough explaining how everything worked, set up, and the pro tips for us novices. My wife and 3 kids were very happy with the experience. Kids loved the bunk beds, our bed was comfy. Especially during the trip, I had lots of questions and she got back to me right away. Her camper was a breeze to haul and was very comfortable. One of the highlights was being able to take a shower in front he middle of the trip. Everything worked well. She is a great host and I would highly recommend renting from her
