Boondocking is easy because the fridge will run off of Included propane, shore power, or battery. The batteries can be recharged by the 200W solar, generator, or just by driving. The microwave and air conditioner only work on shore power and generator. Bathroom includes a shower and toilet, and there is another outside shower nozzle. Optional Luna inflatable mattress for the cab area can expand the rig to 3 sleeping areas. Enjoy a spectacular right from your bed. This van is jampacked with everything you will need to travel comfortably. Dishes for four people and basic cookware and silverware included. Up to four camp chairs can be included. There is an extra cargo carrier on the top of the rig that is accessible by ladder. Bike rack can be included as well for up to four bikes (for an additional fee). Clean linens can also be added on. Tons of storage in the overhead bins as well as drawers and cubbies under the bed. Reflective window covers for the cab area included as well as magnetic covers for back and slider window.The Trovato is on a Ram Promaster chassis and is very easy to drive with an incredible turn radius. It fits in a normal parking spot, which makes visiting all the cute mountain towns so easy!Before the start of your trip, it is required to complete a pre-rental orientation of the RV. This orientation will take about 1-2 hours, depending on any prior experience you have with a RV. It takes time to do a thorough and complete walkthrough, so please plan accordingly.Campground Reservations: We are not responsible for campground reservations – including cancellations for COVID. All campground reservations must be made separately from your reservation with us, with the campground’s reservation agency. All campground and campsite fees are separate from and in addition to the rental price and fees under this agreement. No smoking, of any kind, indoors or outdoors within 15 ft. of the vehicle or outdoors while any doors/windows/fans open. (Remediation Fee will be assessed.)No operating the vehicle without a seatbelt or with passengers who are not properly restrained. This includes operation with more passengers than listed in the rental agreement.Do not drive the vehicle without completing a "pre-drive check" and securing all systems, objects, linens, and kitchen/bath-wares in the coach first. Ensure all overhead bins are locked (Push buttons are in and not popped out.) We are not liable for any damage that occurs to your belongings or to ours.Do not operate any systems without confidence you have read the instructions and asked any questions first. We would prefer a late night text to ensure you know how to use something in the coach to a repair bill and the navigation of your insurance policy on the vehicle through Outdoorsy. We are here to serve you!Maintain plumbing systems diligently. Absolutely no feminine products of any kind should go into the black tank. Use only the provided toilet paper or RV septic safe toilet paper. Use the provided black tank drop-in packets after every clean out. Only use the black tank for human waste and toilet paper. Absolutely no coffee grounds, food particles, egg shells, or oils down the sink drains. Diligently wipe all dishes clean with a paper towel before washing them and be sure to empty sink filters and strainers into the trash.Waste Holding Tanks: There should be nothing, including, but not limited to feminine napkins or tampons, diapers, tissues, napkins, etc. put into the black water waste holding tank as this will cause it to become clogged and require an exceptional amount of cleaning to clear. You will be provided with many rolls of RV safe toilet paper and we ask that this is the ONLY thing put into the waste holding tank. There is to be nothing other than sink or shower water put into the gray water holding tank. Any type of food particles put into the gray tank may cause a clog that will require extensive cleaning &/or repair to remove. Use the outdoor shower for washing off sand or dogs. Waste holding tanks (Gray and Black) must be emptied prior to return and valves left CLOSED, and the screw cap left ON. If tank levels do not read EMPTY on the control panel, you will be charged a $150 dump fee. NO EXCEPTIONS.Clean the inside of the vehicle prior to returning it with the provided supplies. Sweep and wipe down all surfaces with provided cleaning agents including all bathroom surfaces and floor.Recommendations

No Smoking or drug use is allow in vehicle, your entire security deposit will be held until remediation can be obtained. Whatever the remediation specialist charges PLUS a service fee of $100 will be assessed out of the security deposit and any remaining balance will be refunded to the renter as long and there are no other overages or damages. No offroading.... the generator lives low in the back and can be damaged easily.Furry friends under 50lbs are Welcome no Felines or Rodents. Please advise to the size, breed and age of your little friend.Add Ons for Additional Offerings we will Provide to Ensure you ENJOY OUR RIDE!You are responsible for any ticket, tolls, tows, and impounds. Even if the notice arrives after late fees and admin fees have compounded.
Tire damage is the responsibility of the renter, if the renter believes it is due to neglience, the tire must be brought back for professional evaluation. Reimbursement is based on that result
If there is a mechanical failure or problem requiring roadside assistance, renter should call roadside assistance number provided by insurer and alert owner immediately. RENTER SHALL NOT ATTEMPT TO MAKE REPAIRS.
Renter is responsible for checking/ maintaining engine oil level, tire pressure and coolant levels at each refueling. Cost due to negligence resulting in mechanical damage or tire damage will be renter’s responsibility.
Owner will provide information on operation of coach at time of pickup and will provide instruction manuals for operation of coach systems, features and appliances. It is renter’s responsibility to understand and follow instructions. Failure to use proper handling of any of the systems, features or appliances in RV may result in damage and renter will be liable for cost to repair.GPS is installed .Returns are due from 8am until noon, at 12:01 you are late and may incur a late fee. Pick up is from 3pm until 5pm at 5:01 you are late and may incur a late fee. Delivery is from noon until 3pm. the renter must be present at time of delivery, no first come first serve RV slots will be delivered to. Rv slot reservation confirmation email must be forwarded to owner at least two days before delivery is due.
