5My wife and I had a GREAT camping experience at Shaver lake in "White Chocolate." It was perfect for the two of us as we no longer tent camp but wanted to enjoy being along side of our kids and grandkids on this camping family reunion. Jason was an awesome host and his converted van was super cool with a lot or surprising ammenities! The van very comfortable to sleep in and it drove well in the city, highways and up and down mountains. Can't wait for next year!

How do the electric, water and sewage hook up work while setting up at the campground?
A.
Fresh and grey water convenience... Easily empty and/or refill 5 gallon containers to keep it fresh. No hook-ups necessary, as the power is 100% solar powered. We have a clean and easy-to-use portable toilet but of course recommended using camping facilities (restroom/shower) when available. The provided porta-potty is subject to a $150 cleaning fee if not cleaned by renter. A/C plugs are available throughout the van. The heater runs very well and also battery powered.

What flexibility is available for picking up and dropping off the RV?
A.
Pickup for free in either Arroyo Grande or Atascadero. Otherwise a delivery charge of $100 within 50 miles of Arroyo Grande with $1.00 per mile thereafter.

How do you charge for pets?
A.
To ensure the comfort and safety of all our renters, including those with allergies, we have established the following pet policy: Dogs are welcome on a pre-approved basis, with a $100 charge per pup. ALL dogs must weigh under 25 lbs, and be hypoallergenic. You’re responsible for maintaining pet cleanliness and covering any damage. An additional $100 cleaning fee will be charged if there is pet hair, stains, or odors upon the van's return.
