Due to the winterization, the water pipes will not be able to be used, limiting what can be used in the trailer. Water jugs will be provided for those bookings. The lowered nightly rental during this time frame is reflective of this. This is all dependent on the climate at the time. If someone is taking it for a long period of time, I will consider unwinterizing it.*If not hooked up to a generator or campground, the microwave, electric ac/heat (propane heat still works), and kitchen and dinette outlet will not work. 5.0It was my first time trailering anything and I was a bit nervous. Kellsey was a pro at hooking up my truck and provided a back up camera to assist me. The airstream was clean, comfy and easy to use with the instruction guide at the ready. If you are new to camping this is the place to begin and you have a guide (Kellsey) for no extra charge! I will absolutely use Gladys again or check out Monty Fresh!

5.0I really enjoyed my trip and Kellsey is a fantastic host, very supportive and helpful before, during and after my trip to Orlando and back. Kellsey did a fantastic job of prepping the trailer with everything I could need to have a wonderful trip (except food and towels). For the kitchen, there was a full set of cutlery, knives, bottle opener, plates, bowls and cups. Plenty of pillows and linens provided. Lots of thoughtful touches, too, like hot pads and hanging hooks (very handy for my quick-dry towel!). Since I was traveling solo, I didn't get to try the supplied games, but they could have been entertaining! As for the trailer, I just supplied the truck! The anti-sway bars (between hitch and trailer) really smoothed out the handling around corners! All the hoses, connectors, and supplied gear were well explained (and most labeled!) before I left on the trip, making towing and camp connections a breeze. My Rivian detected the trailer as 4000 pounds with all my gear inside, very much aligned with what I expected from the listing, and very easy to tow!

5.0This was the best experience with Oudorsey yet. Kellsey was fantastic to deal with, her Bambi is immaculately clean, well stocked and Kellsey runs her rental like a true professional. Everything is labeled and contains exhaustive instructions and guidance. She has clearly spent a lot of time and effort making sure that everyone's experience is smooth and stress free. Most importantly though, she is delightful to interact with. I forgot a small part of the camper at my KOA and she was incredibly gracious about that. I will definitely rent her Airstream again if she will have me.
