5Ken was super helpful, open to accommodating all of our needs. Quick to respond (even at 6:30 am when we didn’t know why the refrigerator was beeping—I messaged him and he helped us so quickly!) The R-Pod was as advertised—Ken keeps this 2016 model in great shape! He helped us put on weight distribution bars so that we would have no trouble at all towing with our Subaru Outback Wilderness (we adapted it on our own to allow for a 7-pin connection w brake light and blinker connection, which is necessary). Ken supplied everything we needed, offered us 2 different sizes of generators, a propane tank, and a solar panel, as well as an electrical cable and converter. He explained to how to empty and fill each tank and we had no problems with any of it. We are so glad we rented from Ken for our first trip! We would rent from him again next time we are in the area!

5Ken‘s r-pod was fantastic. This was our first time taking out a larger trailer and it was very enjoyable and spacious. Ken was available to answer questions at any time. We look forward to more opportunities with this r-pod as we plan on many more adventures
