RecommendationsTake a weekend with the kids and visit Monahans Sandhills State Park. Or go a bit farther and visit Carlsbad Caverns National Park in New Mexico. It’s truly amazing and a bucket list experience!
Or head east from DFW and visit Caddo Lake State Park. It’s beautiful and such a different landscape only 3 hours away!Other things to noteNo boon-docking or towing on 4WD roads. Must tow and park on safe roads and campgrounds.
