This Jayco is like new. I've upgraded the ACs to a new Dometic for the living room and a Coleman for the garage. This camper has 45k BTU'S of cooling and tinted windows to help beat the heat.The living room has a new 40" Samsung Smart TV, a new Phillips Roku TV in the basement and a vizeo for the bedroom and garage.The master bedroom has a memory foam queen bed and plenty of room with it's own slide.There's a built-in Onan generator that will power everything except the 3rd ac for boondocking and a tremendous 150 gallon fresh water holding tank.The fresh water tank is filled,sanitized then drained and filled again for boondocking trips and if you need the 3rd AC while boondocking you will use the Predator generator that's included with all boondocking rentals as a backup.I do allow smoking only in the garage. No smoking or vaping is permitted in the living quarters. Please use the outside doors when entering and leaving the garage when smoking to prevent it from entering the living quarters.New RV lock keyless entry installed. You can select a pin and I can program it for you and there's the option of a keyfob. A manual key will be provided for a backup if needed.New Dometic awning with remote control, adjustable LED lighting and a wind sensor that will automatically roll it in when the wind kicks up.
