Our camper is a 2020 Escapade Backcountry with a Roofnest Condor Rooftop tent on top. The Backcountry is set-up for a queen bed with interior storage and a galley kitchen in the back. Ours is fully loaded with AC, Maxxair fan, refrigerator, 270 degree awning, and Camp Chef Explorer stove. It has a beautiful and cozy interior with lots of storage and a rugged exterior. You can sleep under the stars in the Roofnest Condor and enjoy a view from above the camper. This comfortable space is another unique camping experience. Also on the roof is a solar panel used to power the battery and in turn the fan, lights, refrigerator, and your 12V or usb powered devices. This camper is a truly unique and adventurous experience. Perfect for families or folks wanting to get off the grid. It weighs approximately 2200 lbs, so you don't need a large towing vehicle. The trailer has Timbren axle-less suspension and 16 inches of ground clearance, so it can get off the beaten path. We installed it with trailer brakes and you can use them on your vehicle with a simple app on your phone. This camper is a great set-up for getting outdoors, but still enjoying some creature comforts. You will love it!What's includedWe've equipped the camper with a Camp Chef stove and 11lb propane tank for cooking. Don't worry about kitchen set-up because we've got you covered with pots and pans, reversible grill/gridle, cutting boards, cooking and eating utensils, plates, bowls, cups, etc. It comes equipped with a coffee bean grinder, tea kettle, and french press so you can enjoy that cup o' joe at the campsite. Also included are 2 adult camp chairs, 2 junior camp chairs, and a collapsible table. We also include a queen size sheets and comforter set for the camper and full size sheets and comforter set for the tent. RecommendationsThis camper is great for boondocking. We've taken it mainly to state forests where you will have relatively close access to toilets and water, but provide more space and privacy.Other things to noteWhile we love furry friends, we do not love them in our camper. Ours sleep comfortably in our car when we are at our sites.
No festivals, rallies, etc. No smoking.
Our camper does not have running water, so you'll need to find solutions for toilets and showers, etc.
You will need a 2" ball hitch and a 7 pin connector to tow the camper.
Please respect our camper as if it was yours.

We're a family of four that recently invested in a camper to "create memories" with our kids. We love the outdoors and taking our kids on hikes/nature walks. Our first big trip with our camper was to Door County, WI during fall color season - absolutely beautiful.

Q.What flexibility is available for picking up and dropping off the RV?
A.
We will be available for pick up/drop off at most times of the day with some advanced notice.
Q.Are there any special tricks and tips that would help with operating the RV easily?
A.
That's the beauty of this camper, it's very intuitive! And without water, there's less to worrry about. The one item to be aware of is to plug shore power into the outlet at the front of the camper.
