Booking with TCRV implies that you have read and agree with the rental agreement, the cancellation policy, and the delivery flexibility statement.
Unless the rental is specific for hauling/driving, the RV should not be moved or adjusted after set-up. The units are set up and stabilized when delivered. At no point should they be moved without first contacting Twisted coastal RV unless imminent danger to you or the unit exists. In which case, please leave and notify us immediately - we will retrieve it.
If damage exceeds your security deposit, we expect our customers will except a final bill for any additional expenses. Please see insurance information above for available optional coverages.

- Prep fee: NZ$249.40. LUXURY & CONVENIENCE: Stocking of bath towels, beach towels, bed linens. Full propane tanks. This fee includes the post cleaning and sanitation of the RV so it can be made ready for the next guest.
