You will find this “bunkhouse” RV perfect for your next family vacation! It has 1 queen bed in the front, 2 bunks in the back and the dinette can be made to a bed to sleep 7 people total but 5 is ideal. What makes renting with us special? We want to help make your vacation experience as enjoyable as possible to create those core memories for the future. We want to be as informative as possible but also don’t want to write a novel so please feel free to contact us with any questions.
Easy setup and tear down with all electric controls except for sewer and water.
The Hitch will be provided and
this trailer can be towed by most SUV's and half ton pickup trucks equipped with a 7 pin trailer plug. What's included LINENS

3 comforter’s and sheets for the bunks. “Bunk beds have water proof mattress covers, dinette dose not “

You are responsible for any ticket, tolls, tows, and impounds during possession of the trailer.
Tire damage is the responsibility of the renter, if the renter believes it is due to neglience, the tire must be brought back and evaluate by a professional . Reimbursement will be based on that result.
If there is a mechanical failure or problem requiring roadside assistance, renter should call roadside assistance number provided by insurer and inform us
(the owner’s) immediately. RENTER SHALL NOT MAKE REPAIRS. Out of pocket expense for repairs required and which are not covered by insurance or roadside assistance will be reimbursed by owner upon return of vehicle as long as we (owner’s ) are made aware prior to such repairs and receipts are provided.
Please Allow 30-45 minutes for a overview of the operation of the trailer when picking it up.
Trailer is being rented out on house keeping basis return it as you received it unfortunately if not we will have to assess the fees below.
Deep Cleaning Fee - $300 If not returned clean
Black and gray tanks will be empty upon pick up if returned not emptied then the fee below will be assessed
Dumping Locations can be found online.
Tank emptying $150
Please do not flush anything other then toilet paper down the RV toilet. Flushing anything else will result in additional fees and repairs.
