You do have the option of having me deliver and setup for a fee which is a much easier option for many, setup fee will be deducted from deposit after your trip is completed.-Set up and delivery available for fee, $150 within 50 miles, additional mileage rates will be determined on a case-by-case basis.Rental Fee includes leveling blocks, flexible sewer line, water line, 50-amp electrical cable and 30-amp adapter, 1 full connected propane tanks, and linens for each bed and towels for 4.Due to many damages we have had to decide to not allow use of the awning but instead provide a pop up canopy at no additional charge.NOT Provided With Rental: Renter will need to provide their own toiletries (soap, shampoo, etc.), hand soap, paper towels, flashlights, lanterns, batteries, and any other items not specifically mentioned as “provided with rental” above.

5Ben was absolutely fantastic. Getting the RV into the driveway where we had to park it was not an easy job and not for the faint of heart. It was a curved driveway and was extremely difficult to turn the RV around and into position. I think most people would have given up, but Ben didn’t and managed to get into position. We were so thankful and so happy to have a place to stay over the holidays. The RV is huge, clean and had everything we needed. Our 3 little boys loved the bunk beds and it was spacious enough for 5 of us to celebrate Christmas morning. We decorated it with lights and a little tree and the fireplace was a great touch. We loved every minute we spent in it.

5Everything was set up and hooked up as scheduled. Camper was stocked with Linens, pots, plates, etc, coffee maker and even an ice maker. Great experience.
