Owner was never present during pick up or drop off. Barely answered my text messages and acted like I was an inconvenience when he did. Told him about the broken windshield and he never even responded untill I complained after my trip. Phone # was answering as a none working number. Did not go over any (important details) and by the time I had questions about issues I was in a park and out of service. The list goes on and on. Terrible customer experience and that is not even considering all the issues. Here we go…

We rented Ted’s van for our trip to Yellowstone and it did not disappoint. It was so convenient having everything we needed with us no matter where we were. The solar set up and dometic fridge were amazing and allowed us to have power for the entire trip. The only thing to be aware of is that a van full size bed is a little shorter than your average full size bed at home. We made it work, but as two tall people it was a tight sleeping setup. Overall this van was perfect for our trip and I would highly recommend renting it out to explore Montana & Wyoming. Thanks Ted!
