Review summary

Accommodating, Communicative, Helpful
Gavin provides prompt communication, assists with setup and convenient pickup/dropoff, and actively addresses reported issues like planning a second battery.
Easy to tow, spacious interior
The trailer tows well and offers a spacious, clean, and user-friendly interior. Some guests reported issues with limited battery life, broken blinds, a hard main bed, and a non-functional fireplace.

5.0We had the best trip to Riley Creek for 3 nights and loved this travel trailer. Pulled really nice with our half ton Chevy and super spacious for a first camping trip with our toddler. Gavin and his wife were amazing getting us set up and on our way, and were super accommodating. The trailer is very user friendly and clean and made for a really fun trip. Would definitely rent from them again!

4.0Gavin was super accommodating and prompt with communication. The trailer was very clean, which I appreciated since I had my crawling granddaughter along. However, there were several issues with the unit that decreased the enjoyment of our stay. From setup we were fixing items. The hot water line at the back of the trailer started pouring water out as soon as the water pump was turned on. Luckily my "MacGyver" son was in his camper also and he had flex seal tape to fix it or we would have run out of water fast in the boonies. There is only one battery and the fridge is not dual fuel, so by about 4a overnight the battery was dead and the furnace would no longer run until someone made the chilly run to start the generator. Gavin is planning on adding another battery so that would be most helpful. Both of the blinds in the main area were broken, and he didn't find this out until turning it over to us. That meant a very dark interior, so I had to rubber band the blinds up every day. The main bed is only a pad on plywood, and it was HARD. Thankfully he had supplied a very thick and poofy comforter which we placed under the "mattress" for added comfort. The fireplace wouldn't start, and although that isn't a huge deal, it was one of the reasons I picked this unit and since we ended up spending a lot of time inside with the typical Alaska "summer" weather, the ambience would have been a bonus haha. Pickup and dropoff were extremely easy and Gavin was most helpful during these times, but I would probably not rent this unit again due to the issues we experienced.
