• Gray and Black tanks must be emptied and rinsed prior to return or you will be charged $150.
• Fuel and propane must be refilled prior to return. If not, you will be charged $100 fee plus fuel cost.
• Awning must be retracted during high winds or storms, or while away.
• Please make sure to secure everything before driving or moving the vehicle.
• Please return the RV clean inside and out. Do not leave trash. There will be an additional $150 charge for excessive dirt, messes, and trash.
