Owner Responsiveness
Carolyn went above and beyond to help us navigate this amazing adventure. She was very responsive via email and phone calls. She was nice and friendly every time and was a wealth of knowledge. River Wild was very flexible and accommodating to our schedule.
Vehicle Condition
The van provided all the flexibility needed to adventure our way through Alaska. The entire van was so clean at arrival and stocked with a nice welcome basket. Fridge had plenty of space. Plenty of storage area too. Never worried about the battery charge. Heater was fantastic on cold evenings. Window covers were easy and truly gave us privacy. Bed and bedding was comfy.
