2009 Winnebago Chalet
The 2009 Winnebago Chalet 31.5-foot is a well maintained and reliable motorhome to see Alaska. It has inside storage cabinets and outside bins with locks and keyed access. This unit includes a generator, fresh water tank, black and grey waste tanks, fresh water pump for shower/toilet/sinks, hot water heater, 400 amp hour coach battery system, 2000 watt inverter, 400 watts of solar, ducted heater, central air with ducting, fridge, freezer, and other amenities that you can expect from a well equipped motorhome. It is also equipped with a stove top, oven, microwave, toaster, as well as a full kitchen set with a coffee pot, pots and pans, glasses, plates, bowls, and utensils. It comes with an electrical shore power cord and adaptor for plugging in at campgrounds, waste tank drain hose, hose for filling the fresh water tank, and up to 4 camp chairs.

Insurance: Your automotive insurance on our motorhome might be allowed under special circumstances, and we will need a written binder directly from your insurance company.We ask that all units are returned with topped off gasoline and propane.
No driving on unimproved, remote roads without prior approval. This includes the Denali Highway, the Haul Road, the road to Manley, McCarthy, etc.No smoking or vaping of anything inside the vehicle (any additional smells, stains or extra cleaning will incur an additional cleaning fee taken out of the deposit).No fish or game of any kind is allowed inside the vehicle. If requested, I will provide you with a cooler.
Failure to adhere to these rules will result in the loss of the full deposit.
